I’m in love again

September 1, 2012 by Edlyn

THIS IS SARA! I’m so excited. Can you tell?

[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5pTod_iAJs?wmode=transparent]

Just an hour ago, I found her blog from a post on A Beautiful Mess and I read it and then I just DIED.

She’s the lady with whom I want to be best friends. I know this by how she writes. She analyses things just like I do but she actually writes it down. People who are all “grown up” call it “cute”. But Sara’s not cute. She’s just Sara…the girl who loves the salads and likes meat but does much better things with salad anyway.

She’s coming to Seattle on September 23 (this is a reminder!) as part of her Sprouted Kitchen book tour. It’s an offshoot of her blog, which I haven’t yet linked you to. Shame on me.

Here is it.

Here it is again.

And again.

Fan girl alert.

I love how this post ends.

I will buy this book and spend all my days cooking from it.

Sigh. <3

I did not go. Bad, I know. I had a list of things I wanted to ask her but I knew I’d stumble on my stupid face. AGH. I don’t do so well in crowds. But she’s close by and I know she works at Trader Joe’s somewhere in California. It’s on my to-do list.
Isn’t Deb amazing?! I reference her too much in my life. I have to admit her blog is not so reader-friendly for me (I jump straight to the recipes mostly), but that cookbook! I will buy it before I come to Goa in December. Let me know if you want any cookbooks from here.

That lucky sister of yours went and got herself one recently. I went over right before Christmas to help her out and I swear my jaw was on the floor for a whole 5 minutes. If she wasnt around I’d have wept ๐Ÿ˜› And then quickly stolen it and made a dash!
